RETURNS & EXCHANGE, CANCELLATIONS

1. Returns
No Refunds OR Exchanges:We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at lumsden.florist.etc@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product with the same or similar item

2.0. Exchanges
We only exchange goods on regular stocked items, if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at lumsden.florist.etc@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will replace your product.

 

2.1 Cancellations

Cancellations of workshop tickets and events:  We reserve the right to reschedule undersold events from our minimum 8 participants, as well as changing the event from in person to a kit if the need arises.

Should participants wish to cancel their attendance at an event - all ticket sales are non-refundable.  Sometimes we can provide you with a kit for your workshop, which will be ready for pick up around the same time as the event.  Delivery available for an extra cost.  Tickets are transferable if you prefer to send a friend in your place.

3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • custom orders of any kind

  • deposits paid towards products

  • plants and live goods


4. Shipping
To return the item you purchased, please mail or bring it to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

5. Delivery

We strive to make you happy and get what you ordered where it needs to go in a timely manner.  However, sometimes we need to substitute products.  Weather or vehicle trouble may delay delivery for 24-48 hours. If a recipient chooses to pick up their order, and delivery has been paid for - we will add the delivery charges paid to the flower order -OR- give the recipient a gift card in the delivery amount to spend at a later time., with no expiry.
